Armando Alvarez immigrated to the United States in 1996 with the dream of having his own business. He achieved his dream 11 years later, with the help of his brother and support of his family. Armando opened Vero's Mexican and Seafood in San Diego, California in 2007.
Thanks to the success and to God's grace, he then opened Vero's Mexican and Seafood in Temecula, California in 2009. Three years later Vero's Mexican and Seafood was opened in the city of Lake Elsinore. In 2020 Vero's Ice Cream in Hemet and in 2021 Vero's Taco Shop.
